Full Time (35 Hours Per Week)

The post-holder is expected to work flexibly, with advance notice, there may be evening and weekend work. 

Location This is a hybrid role between in-office / home working.  There is expectation to be physically present in office 50% working week, on average.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, client focused and self-motivated Deputy CEO & Head of Advice. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an outstanding track record and is ready for an exciting new challenge.

This is a new role within Citizens Advice Bury & Bolton, that will sit within our newly created Senior Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will:

  • Ensure that our multi-channel advice services are high quality, client focused and effective to meeting evolving local need,
  • Show resilience in a fast-changing environment, demonstrating agile thinking and planning skills
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and deputise for the CEO in their absence.
